Sie markierte einen ganz besonderen Meilenstein: das 25-j\u00e4hrige Jubil\u00e4um dieses einzigartigen Programms.\r\n<br><br>\r\nSeit einem Vierteljahrhundert ist die LOHMANN SCHOOL weit mehr als ein Trainingsformat \u2013 sie ist ein Ort, an dem Wissenschaft und Praxis aufeinandertreffen und an dem Gefl\u00fcgelexperten, Kunden und Distributoren gemeinsam daran arbeiten, Theorie in praktischen Erfolg umzusetzen.\r\n<br><br>\r\nWas im Jahr 2000 mit nur 8 Teilnehmern in Cuxhaven begann, hat sich zu einem globalen Ma\u00dfstab in der Gefl\u00fcgelausbildung entwickelt. Im Laufe der Jahre begr\u00fc\u00dfte die LOHMANN SCHOOL Tausende Teilnehmer aus allen Kontinenten \u2013 und wurde damit nicht nur zu einer Wissensplattform, sondern zu einer echten Community aus Vertrauen, Austausch und Freundschaft.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-95704 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/2026\/03\/img-lohmann-school-GER.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"150\">\r\n\r\nBei der LOHMANN SCHOOL 2025 durchliefen die Teilnehmer den gesamten Produktionszyklus \u2013 von genetischen Grundlagen und Aufzucht \u00fcber F\u00fctterungsstrategien w\u00e4hrend \u00dcbergangs- und Legephase bis hin zu praktischem Management, Elterntier-Optimierung, Biosicherheit und aktuellen Gesundheitsherausforderungen.\r\n<h2>Tag 1<\/h2>\r\nEr\u00f6ffnung in unserer Zentrale in Cuxhaven mit einem herzlichen Willkommen, einem interaktiven H\u00fchner-Quiz und zentralen Vortr\u00e4gen \u00fcber genetische Fortschritte &amp; Zucht <strong>(Dr. Matthias Schmutz)<\/strong>, gefolgt von Leistungsaufzeichnung und -analyse <strong>(T. Calil)<\/strong> sowie Grundlagen der Gefl\u00fcgelproduktion <strong>(F. Mozafar)<\/strong>.\r\n<blockquote style=\"border-left: 0.4em solid #ff9900;\"><strong>Der Tag endete mit Bowling und einem gemeinsamen Abendessen \u2013 und schaffte damit eine gute Basis f\u00fcr das Lernen und Networking. <\/strong><\/blockquote>\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-95704 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/2025\/09\/img-lohmann-school-05.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"150\">\r\n<h2>Tag 2<\/h2>\r\nFokus auf Aufzucht und Ern\u00e4hrung.
