The water pressure should be reduced to allow droplets to form on the nipple drinkers, making it easier for the chicks to locate the water. PLACEMENT Regardless of the housing system, the placement of the flock is crucial for early adaptation. It helps the chicks locate feed and water more easily. After arrival of the chicks, place them close to water and feed.
