En el marco del LOHMANN HATCHERY SCHOOL, participantes de todo el mundo se re\u00fanen para profundizar en todos los aspectos relacionados con la incubaci\u00f3n y la calidad de los pollitos.\r\n

Participantes internacionales e intercambio enriquecedor<\/h2>\r\nBajo la direcci\u00f3n de Davide Assirelli, nuestro General Technical Manager Incubation<\/strong>, la Hatchery School de este a\u00f1o ofreci\u00f3 una plataforma de aprendizaje muy enriquecedora para 25 participantes de 13 pa\u00edses.\r\n
Esta mezcla diversa favoreci\u00f3 un intercambio de experiencias especialmente valioso y debates muy animados.<\/strong><\/blockquote>\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\n \r\n

Un programa integral con conocimiento experto<\/h2>\r\nEl programa fue completo y muy pr\u00e1ctico. Ponentes internos y externos abordaron temas como gen\u00e9tica, ventilaci\u00f3n y bioseguridad, SPIDES, construcci\u00f3n y optimizaci\u00f3n de plantas de incubaci\u00f3n, entre otros.\r\n
Se puso especial atenci\u00f3n en no solo transmitir conocimientos, sino tambi\u00e9n dejar tiempo suficiente para preguntas y debate, de modo que todos pudieran beneficiarse de experiencias internacionales.<\/strong><\/blockquote>\r\n\"\"\r\n

Talleres pr\u00e1cticos y aplicaci\u00f3n directa<\/h2>\r\nUno de los elementos clave del curso fueron los talleres pr\u00e1cticos dirigidos por Davide Assirelli<\/strong>, donde los participantes pudieron aplicar y profundizar sus conocimientos de manera directa.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n

Excursi\u00f3n a Helgoland \u2013 con clima del norte<\/h2>\r\nPor supuesto, tampoco falt\u00f3 el programa social: se hab\u00eda planeado una excursi\u00f3n a Helgoland, pero el t\u00edpico clima del norte de Alemania no acompa\u00f1\u00f3.\r\n
