Taxonomie des Adenoviridae<\/div>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/adenovirus\/fra\/tb-1-fra.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5\">\r\n<div class=\"autogrid padded\">\r\n<div class=\"col\">Alors que l\u2019ent\u00e9rite h\u00e9morragique des dindes et la maladie de la rate marbr\u00e9e chez les faisans appartiennent aux siad\u00e9novirus, <strong>le syndrome de la chute des \u0153ufs (Ad\u00e9novirus 1 du canard) appartient au genre Atadenovirus.<\/strong><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"col\">\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>Les h\u00f4tes naturels du virus EDS \u00e9taient \u00e0 l\u2019origine des oiseaux aquatiques, mais historiquement, le virus a \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 aux poulets par des vaccins de Marek contamin\u00e9s produits dans des cultures de fibroblastes d\u2019embryons des canards dans les ann\u00e9es 70 (EDS 76).<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h2>Infections par les ad\u00e9novirus de la volaille (FAdV)<\/h2>\r\n<div class=\"row\">\r\n<div class=\"padded\">\r\n<div class=\"col-1-4\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/adenovirus\/ad2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"80%\" data-aos=\"fade-up-left\" \/><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"col-3-4 mb5 mt5\">Les infections par les ad\u00e9novirus de la volaille (FAdV) sont r\u00e9pandues et end\u00e9miques dans le monde entier. Dans de nombreux cas, ils sont pr\u00e9sents sans aucun signe de maladie clinique. De nombreux troupeaux de poules pondeuses et de reproducteurs sur le terrain sont s\u00e9rologiquement positifs pour les anticorps du FAdV.<br \/>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>Seuls certains s\u00e9rotypes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des maladies chez les poulets. Au sein du genre Aviadenovirus, 5 esp\u00e8ces (A \u00e0 D) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es sur la base de la structure mol\u00e9culaire, et 12 s\u00e9rotypes bas\u00e9s en grande partie sur des tests de neutralisation crois\u00e9e.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p><em>Comme il existe de grandes diff\u00e9rences dans la nomenclature des souches FAdV entre les \u00c9tats-Unis et l\u2019Europe, l\u2019utilisation de la classification ICTV (Comit\u00e9 international sur la taxonomie des virus) est fortement recommand\u00e9e<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5 mb5\" data-aos=\"fade-down-right\">\r\n<div class=\"piefigura\">Tableau 2. Taxonomie de l\u2019ad\u00e9novirus des volailles; ICTV par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019UE et aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/div>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgcenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/adenovirus\/fra\/tb2-fra.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"50%\" \/><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<h2>Maladies cliniques associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019ad\u00e9novirus des volailles<\/h2>\r\n<div class=\"row\">\r\n<div class=\"autogrid padded\">\r\n<div class=\"col\">Les maladies cliniques associ\u00e9es aux infections \u00e0 ad\u00e9novirus de la volaille sont d\u00e9crites comme l\u2019h\u00e9patite des corps d\u2019inclusion (IBH), le syndrome de l\u2019hydrop\u00e9ricarde (HPS) et l\u2019\u00e9rosion du g\u00e9sier aviaire (AGE).<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"col\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgcenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/adenovirus\/adenovirus1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"80%\" \/><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5 mb5\">\r\n<div class=\"mychart\" data-aos=\"fade-down-right\">\r\n<h3><strong>L\u2019h\u00e9patite \u00e0 corps<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ul class=\"milista1\">\r\n\t<li>L\u2019h\u00e9patite \u00e0 corps inclus a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 70 aux \u00c9tats-Unis, puis dans de nombreux pays du monde (Australie, Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande, Europe).<\/li>\r\n\t<li>L\u2019IBH est principalement caus\u00e9e par les esp\u00e8ces D et E du FAdV (s\u00e9rotypes 2, 8 et 11).<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Les r\u00e9sultats pathologiques sont la congestion du foie, l\u2019atrophie du thymus et des bourses.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Les corps d\u2019inclusion histopathologiques dans le foie sont pr\u00e9dominants.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>La maladie clinique est principalement observ\u00e9e chez les poulets de chair ou les reproducteurs de poulets de chair \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 7-18 jours de vie, ce qui indique une transmission verticale du virus dans la plupart des cas.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>La mortalit\u00e9 peut atteindre 10 \u00e0 40%.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5 mb5\">\r\n<div class=\"mychart\" data-aos=\"fade-down-left\">\r\n<h3><strong>Le syndrome de l\u2019hydropericarde<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ul class=\"milista1\">\r\n\t<li>Le syndrome de l\u2019hydropericarde a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crit pour la premi\u00e8re fois au Pakistan en 1987 dans l\u2019Angara Goth (\u201cmaladie angarienne\u201d) et la maladie a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 diagnostiqu\u00e9e en Inde, en Irak, au Kowe\u00eft et en Am\u00e9rique latine (\u00c9quateur, P\u00e9rou, Chili, Mexique). Le SPH est caus\u00e9 par les virus de s\u00e9rotype 4 du FAdV. Les r\u00e9sultats pathologiques sont l\u2019hydrop\u00e9ricarde, la congestion du foie avec des corps d\u2019inclusion et l\u2019atrophie du thymus.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>La maladie, observ\u00e9e principalement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 3-5 semaines, est principalement caus\u00e9e par des infections horizontales, souvent associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une immunosuppression s\u00e9v\u00e8re par d\u2019autres infections comme les MICI ou les VAC ou par des mycotoxines.<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>La mortalit\u00e9 peut atteindre 12-75% chez les poulets de chair et les poules pondeuses.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><br \/>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgcenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/adenovirus\/adenovirus-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"60%\" \/><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5 mb5\">\r\n<div class=\"mychart\" data-aos=\"fade-down-left\">\r\n<h3><strong>\u00c9rosions du g\u00e9sier ad\u00e9noviral (AGE)<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ul class=\"milista1\">\r\n\t<li>Les \u00e9rosions du g\u00e9sier ont \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une carence en vitamine B6 ou \u00e0 l\u2019ingestion d\u2019histamine, de g\u00e9z\u00e9rosine et de mycotoxines. Les \u00e9rosions g\u00e9siques ad\u00e9novirales (AGE) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des l\u00e9sions g\u00e9siques d\u00e8s 1981 et sont principalement caus\u00e9es par le s\u00e9rotype 1 du FAdV.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Les r\u00e9sultats pathologiques sont des \u00e9rosions focales de la couche de ko\u00eftine du g\u00e9sier, une inflammation de la muqueuse du g\u00e9sier et une proventriculite. Des cas d\u2019AGE ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s chez les poulets de chair, mais ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s occasionnellement chez les poulets pondeurs. La maladie clinique est rare car les l\u00e9sions ne sont souvent visibles que lors de l\u2019examen post-mortem ou au moment de l\u2019abattage.<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>La mortalit\u00e9 peut varier de 5 \u00e0 15 % \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 10 \u00e0 21 jours, ce qui sugg\u00e8re une transmission verticale du virus dans les premiers cas.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><br \/>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgcenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/adenovirus\/adenovirus-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"60%\" \/><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5\">\r\n<div data-aos=\"fade-down-right\">\r\n<div class=\"autogrid padded\">\r\n<div class=\"col\">Le diagnostic initial des <strong>infections \u00e0 ad\u00e9novirus<\/strong> des volailles est bas\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats pathologiques post-mortem et l\u2019histopathologie (principalement les corps d\u2019inclusion intranucl\u00e9aires) ainsi que sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation anamnestique des donn\u00e9es de terrain (par exemple, signes cliniques, chiffres de morbidit\u00e9 et de mortalit\u00e9, \u00e2ge des oiseaux).<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"col\">\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>La d\u00e9tection des anticorps par la s\u00e9rologie et l\u2019identification des agents pathog\u00e8nes par la virologie et la biologie mol\u00e9culaire sont \u00e9galement des outils essentiels pour un diagnostic correct.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5\">\r\n<div data-aos=\"fade-down-right\">\r\n<div class=\" padded\">\r\n<div class=\"col-1-4\">\r\n<div class=\"piefigura\">Figure 1. D\u00e9monstration de la r\u00e9ponse des anticorps 28 jours apr\u00e8s la vaccination avec deux vaccins autog\u00e8nes diff\u00e9rents contre le FAdV (lot 006 contenant les s\u00e9rotypes 2, 8b et 11 et lot 015 contenant les s\u00e9rotypes 4, 8a et 11).<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"col-3-4\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgcenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/adenovirus\/fra\/tb3-fra.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"70%\" data-aos=\"zoom-in\" \/><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5\">\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>Diff\u00e9rents tests de laboratoire sont disponibles pour la d\u00e9tection des anticorps contre le FAdV.<br \/>\r\nIls diff\u00e8rent de ceux qui d\u00e9tectent les anticorps contre tous les s\u00e9rotypes, comme le test de pr\u00e9cipitation sur g\u00e9lose sp\u00e9cifique au <strong>groupe et les tests ELISA<\/strong>, et le test de <strong>neutralisation du virus sp\u00e9cifique au s\u00e9rotype<\/strong> (VN). <br \/>\r\n<strong>Le test d\u2019immunofluorescence<\/strong> (IFT) peut d\u00e9tecter \u00e0 la fois l\u2019antig\u00e8ne et les anticorps.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p><em>Des kits de test ELISA exp\u00e9rimentaux et commerciaux sont fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9s pour mesurer les titres d\u2019anticorps du FAdV, mais ces tests ne peuvent pas diff\u00e9rencier les anticorps contre les diff\u00e9rents s\u00e9rotypes du FAdV.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgcenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/adenovirus\/elisa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"70%\" data-aos=\"zoom-in\" \/><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5\" data-aos=\"fade-down-left\">\r\n<div class=\"mychart\" data-aos=\"fade-down-right\">\r\n<div class=\"autogrid padded\">\r\n<div class=\"col\">Le seul syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection des <strong>nticorps sp\u00e9cifiques au s\u00e9rotype<\/strong> est le <strong>test VN<\/strong>, qui utilise des cultures de cellules h\u00e9patiques d\u2019embryons de poussins; ce test de diagnostic est donc limit\u00e9 \u00e0 des laboratoires sp\u00e9cifiques.<br \/>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p><em>Le VN est un outil essentiel pour identifier le s\u00e9rotype FAdV sur le terrain si des isolats de virus ne peuvent \u00eatre obtenus. Le test VN est \u00e9galement recommand\u00e9 pour surveiller la s\u00e9ro-r\u00e9ponse apr\u00e8s la vaccination.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<!--<div class=\"row mt5 mb5\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgcenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/influenza\/fra\/veterinary-fra.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"16%\" \/><\/div>-->\r\n<div class=\"row mt5 mb5\" data-aos=\"fade-down-left\">\r\n<p>L\u2019identification de l\u2019agent pathog\u00e8ne par isolement du virus dans les cellules de foie d\u2019embryon de poulet est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 des laboratoires sp\u00e9cifiques et utilise l\u2019identification des effets cytopathiques sp\u00e9cifiques d\u2019Adeno ainsi que la coloration des anticorps fluorescents ou des tests PCR ult\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>De nos jours, les techniques de biologie mol\u00e9culaire sont couramment utilis\u00e9es car elles prennent moins de temps et ne n\u00e9cessitent pas le recours \u00e0 des techniques de culture de tissus. Les tests PCR suivis du s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de l\u2019ADN ou de l\u2019analyse de la courbe de fusion \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution (HRM-) permettent non seulement de d\u00e9tecter mais aussi de sous-typer les agents pathog\u00e8nes FAdV sur le terrain.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>Les \u00e9chantillons appropri\u00e9s sont: <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgcenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/adenovirus\/fra\/tb4-fra.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"60%\" data-aos=\"zoom-in\" \/><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5 mb5\" data-aos=\"fade-down-right\">\r\n<div class=\"piefugura\">Figure 2. Arbre hylog\u00e9n\u00e9tique des souches de champ et de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de l\u2019ad\u00e9novirus de la volaille<\/div>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgcenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/tb\/adenovirus\/tb5.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" data-aos=\"zoom-in\" \/><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5 mb5\">\r\n<div class=\"mychart\"><strong>Le typage des souches de terrain pertinentes pour le FAdV est essentiel pour la s\u00e9lection des souches destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la production de vaccins autog\u00e8nes.<\/strong> En outre, le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019arbres phylog\u00e9n\u00e9tiques (voir Figure 2) pourrait aider \u00e0 comprendre la relation \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique des diff\u00e9rents isolats de terrain et permettre d\u2019identifier les voies de transmission potentielles.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5 mb5\" data-aos=\"fade-down-left\">\r\n<div class=\"mychart\">\r\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00e9vention des infections par l\u2019ad\u00e9novirus des volailles<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Les <strong>protocoles stricts de bios\u00e9curit\u00e9 <\/strong>chez les parentaux les troupeaux pendant la p\u00e9riode d\u2019\u00e9levage pourraient avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la pr\u00e9vention des infections par l\u2019ad\u00e9novirus aviaire: <strong>plus les troupeaux d\u2019\u00e9leveurs sont isol\u00e9s pendant la p\u00e9riode d\u2019\u00e9levage<\/strong>, plus la probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019une infection par l\u2019ad\u00e9novirus aviaire est \u00e9lev\u00e9e pendant la p\u00e9riode de production, suivie d\u2019une transmission verticale du virus dans une p\u00e9riode de 4 \u00e0 6 semaines apr\u00e8s l\u2019exposition, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les \u00e9leveurs d\u00e9veloppent suffisamment d\u2019anticorps pour emp\u00eacher la transmission verticale.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p><em>Alors que des vaccins inactiv\u00e9s sont disponibles pour le contr\u00f4le du syndrome de la goutte d\u2019\u0153uf, aucun vaccin commercialement autoris\u00e9 n\u2019est disponible pour les virus ad\u00e9no de la volaille dans la plupart des r\u00e9gions du monde.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<div class=\"row mt5 mb5\" data-aos=\"fade-down-right\">\r\n<div class=\"autogrid padded\">\r\n<div class=\"col\">Dans les pays o\u00f9 les manifestations cliniques et \u00e9conomiques du FAdV sont pr\u00e9sentes, <strong>la pr\u00e9vention des infections par l\u2019ad\u00e9novirus de la volaille ne pourrait \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019aide de vaccins autog\u00e8nes<\/strong>.<br \/>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p><em>L\u2019objectif de la vaccination est principalement <strong>la pr\u00e9vention de la transmission verticale<\/strong> et la <strong>protection des poussins d\u2019un jour<\/strong> par les anticorps maternels. <br \/>\r\nIl est recommand\u00e9 de vacciner les troupeaux reproducteurs deux fois au cours de la p\u00e9riode d\u2019\u00e9levage, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 10-12 et 16-18 semaines.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"col\">\r\n<div class=\"mychart\"><strong>L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des vaccins utilis\u00e9s peut \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e par le suivi s\u00e9rologique des titres d\u2019anticorps anti-FAdV \u00e0 l\u2019aide de tests ELISA.
