Dans le cadre du LOHMANN HATCHERY SCHOOL, des participants du monde entier se r\u00e9unissent pour approfondir tous les aspects li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019incubation et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des poussins.\r\n

Participants internationaux et \u00e9changes riches<\/h2>\r\nSous la direction de Davide Assirelli, notre General Technical Manager Incubation<\/strong>, la Hatchery School de cette ann\u00e9e a offert une plateforme d\u2019apprentissage passionnante pour 25 participants venus de 13 pays.<\/\/p>\r\n
Cette diversit\u00e9 a favoris\u00e9 des \u00e9changes particuli\u00e8rement enrichissants et des discussions anim\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/blockquote>\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\n \r\n

Un programme complet et des experts<\/h2>\r\nE programme \u00e9tait complet et concret. Des intervenants internes et externes ont abord\u00e9 des th\u00e8mes comme la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, la ventilation et la bios\u00e9curit\u00e9, SPIDES, la construction et l\u2019optimisation des couvoirs, et bien d\u2019autres encore.\r\n
Une attention particuli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 offrir non seulement des contenus techniques mais aussi suffisamment de temps pour les questions et les \u00e9changes, permettant \u00e0 chacun de profiter des exp\u00e9riences venues d\u2019autres pays.<\/strong><\/blockquote>\r\n\"\"\r\n

Ateliers pratiques et mise en application<\/h2>\r\nUn \u00e9l\u00e9ment central du cours \u00e9tait constitu\u00e9 des ateliers pratiques anim\u00e9s par Davide Assirelli<\/strong>. Les participants ont pu y appliquer et approfondir directement leurs connaissances.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n

Excursion \u00e0 Helgoland \u2013 sous la m\u00e9t\u00e9o du nord<\/h2>\r\nLe programme social n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 oubli\u00e9 : une excursion \u00e0 Helgoland \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vue, mais la m\u00e9t\u00e9o typiquement nord-allemande s\u2019est montr\u00e9e capricieuse.\r\n
De fortes pluies ont emp\u00each\u00e9 la visite guid\u00e9e avec notre coll\u00e8gue ornithologue. N\u00e9anmoins, de nombreuses occasions d\u2019\u00e9changes informels et de r\u00e9seautage se sont offertes en dehors de la salle de formation.<\/strong><\/blockquote>\r\n\"\"\r\n
