<strong>milk<\/strong> with a part of the <strong>sugar<\/strong>, <strong>vanilla<\/strong>, <strong>lemon<\/strong> grated and a pinch of <strong>salt<\/strong>.<br><br>\r\n\r\nStir in the <strong>semolina<\/strong> and continue to cook until the mixture thickens slightly. <strong>The semolina should be cooked<\/strong>.<br><br>\r\n\r\nThen add the soaked <strong>gelatine<\/strong> to the warm mousse and the separated <strong>egg yolks<\/strong> with the rest of the sugar while stirring.<br><br>\r\n\r\nThen let it cool down a bit and fold in the weighed whipped cream at the last moment.\r\n<br><br>\r\nFill into small moulds and put them in a cool place.<br><br>\r\n\r\nGarnish with fresh fruit, <strong>fresh mint<\/strong> and some <strong>fruit<\/strong>
