Hussain saeed Bahri, founder and chairman of Ommat Group, signed an agreement for distribution\r\nof layer chicks for Gulf Councel Countries (GCC: saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab\r\nemirates and Oman). From both locations LOHMANN layer chicks are distributed in GCC and Yemen.<br><br>\r\n\u203a Ommat sudan &#038; Ommat egypt: both subsidiaries are fully\r\nintegrated broiler companies from breeders to processing.\r\nIn total, Ommat Group consists of 10 subsidaries spread in the\r\nMiddle east region and employs well above 1,500 staff. The\r\ncompany is fully family-owned by Hussain Bahri and shows\r\nlarge similarities with ew-Group. In the early years, Ommat\r\nJeddah annually produced about 3 million layer chicks for the\r\nsaudi Arabian market only.
