Besides strengthening\r\nour sales success, this kind of aftersales\r\nsupport plays a central role in our\r\ncustomer relationships. <br>Every Sales and\r\nService team member in every area of the\r\nworld is in close contact with their customers\r\non the ground. They handle basic\r\ncustomer demands such as carrying out\r\nroutine visits, answering questions and\r\nresponding to elementary requests.<br><br>\r\n\r\n<strong>Team of experts<\/strong><br><br>\r\n\r\nBesides our Sales and Service representatives\r\ndedicated to every area, our\r\nTechnical Service Team is supported\r\nby a team of experts. The team is made\r\nup of different technical service groups\r\ncovering the most important topics relating\r\nto layer breeder and commercial\r\nbusiness. <br>At present, these groups are as\r\nfollows: Incubation and Hatchery, Flock\r\nManagement, Feeding and Nutrition,\r\nDiagnostics and Diseases, and Quality\r\nManagement.<br><br>\r\n\r\n\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lohmann-breeders.com\/media\/2020\/07\/LOHMANN-Technical-Service-Team-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" class=\"imgcenter\" \/>\r\n<br><br>\r\n\r\n\r\n<strong>Management tools<\/strong><br><br>\r\nBesides customer support and care, the\r\nTechnical Service Team is responsible for\r\nsupplying our customers with a range\r\nof publications and management tools.\r\nLOHMANN experts have recently developed\r\na series of more effective IT tools in\r\nline with modern customer support and\r\ncommunication methods. <br>These new\r\ntools include smartphone and tablet apps\r\nsuch as the Specification App and the\r\nLighting Program for different LOHMANN\r\nbreeds. Another very useful tool is Flockman4U,\r\ndesigned for flock data recording,\r\nevaluation and anonymized benchmarking\r\nin a worldwide database.<br><br>\r\n\r\n<strong>New program<\/strong><br><br>\r\n\r\nA new online Flock Surveillance Program\r\n(FSP) gives customers an overview of their\r\ncurrent DOC deliveries. It enters relevant\r\ninformation such as transport details and\r\n7-day mortality and uploads pictures relating\r\nto shipments and housing.<br><br>\r\n\r\n<strong>Schools and courses<\/strong><br><br>\r\n\r\nAnother essential role of the Technical\r\nService department is organizing various\r\nseminars worldwide for sharing and exchanging\r\nbusiness-related topics and ideas\r\nwith our customers. <br>The LOHMANN School\r\nand our Hatchery Course held in Cuxhaven\r\nevery year are examples of these training\r\nevents.
