2. Данные об использовании
Для повышения качества своего сайта мы собираем статистику по каждой операции, связанной с доступом к нему. При этом сохраняется набор данных, который включает следующее:
• адрес страницы, с которой был отправлен запрос на получение доступа к файлу;
• дата и время поступления запроса;
• объем переданных данных;
• объем переданных данных;
• статус операции (файл передан, файл не найден);
• информация об используемом браузере;
• IP-адрес компьютера, с которого поступил запрос, сокращенный таким образом, чтобы по нему нельзя было идентифицировать пользователя.
3. Безопасность данных
Чтобы как можно лучше защитить ваши данные от нежелательных манипуляций, мы принимаем технические и организационные меры. На нашем сайте используется шифрование. Передача данных с вашего компьютера на наш сервер и обратно осуществляется по протоколу TLS. При этом в адресной строке браузера должен отображаться значок в виде замка, а адрес сайта должен начинаться с последовательности символов «https://».
4. Передача данных третьим лицам
В процессе обработки заказов, согласно статье 28 GDPR, мы передаем ваши данные поставщикам услуг, которые помогают нам поддерживать работу сайта и выполнять различные задачи, связанные с работой сайта. Наши поставщики услуг обязаны строго соблюдать наши указания и несут соответствующие договорные обязательства. Мы привлекаем следующих поставщиков услуг: поставщик услуг хостинга, поставщик услуг по веб-аналитике.
5. Передача данных в третьи страны
To some extent we transfer personal data to a third country outside the EU. In so doing we have ensured in each case that there is an adequate level of data protection.
In the case of Google Analytics (USA) and YouTube (USA) adequate data protection is accordingly ensured by their participation in the Privacy Shield Convention (Article 45 (1) GDPR.)

7. Google Analytics
In order to design our website to meet the needs of the market, we generate pseudonymised usage profiles with the help of Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your terminal and can be read by us. This allows us to recognise recurring visitors and to count them as such. The data are processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) 1st sentence point (f) GDPR and § 15 (3) Telemedia Act and in the interest of discovering how frequently our websites are accessed by different users.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is normally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, since we have activated IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address is first of all abbreviated within the Member States of the European Union. Only in exceptional case is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA (Google's participation in the Privacy Shield ensures an adequate level of data protection in accordance with Article 45 (1) GDPR) and is abbreviated there. We have also concluded a contract with Google LLC (USA) on commissioned data processing in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Google shall accordingly use all the information strictly for the specific purpose of analysing our website for us and of compiling reports on website activities.

You have the possibility of using our web contact form to contact us. We need your name and your e-mail address if you use this form. You can give us other information, but you are not obliged to do so.
The legal base for the processing is Article 6 (1) point (f) GDPR. Your data are processed in order to respond to your enquiry and are erased as soon as they are no longer required and provided that no conflicting legal duties to preserve records exist.
If you wish to object to the processing of your data transferred via the contact form, please contact the e-mail address stated in the legal notice.

In order to send you our newsletter we need your e-mail address. The e-mail address provided has to be verified and you must give your consent to the receipt of the newsletter. Supplementary data are not collected, or if provided, this is on a voluntary basis. We use the data solely for sending out the newsletter.
The data provided on registration for the newsletter are processed solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) point (a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent it is sufficient to send us an informal message by e-mail or to cancel your subscription via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the processing of your data prior to the withdrawal of your consent is not affected by the withdrawal.
When you cancel your subscription, any data provided on subscription are erased. If these data have been transferred us for other purposes and to another office, they continue to be stored by us.

Data processing to safeguard the controller's legitimate interests
We process your name, title, professional title, employer and images of you pursuant to Article 6 (1) point (f) GDPR, in order to use these, if required, to report in our print and online media on the event, which you visited.
Our legitimate interests consist in reporting on the event, in which you have participated. Conflicting legitimate interests for your person do not exist. The event takes place in the public arena. The generation of images and their publication does not constitute a serious intrusion into the rights of the individual.
Data recipients
As a matter of principle data are not transferred to third parties. We reserve the right to transfer data in an individual case, provided that authority to transfer data under data protection law exists (in particular in accordance with the legal provisions referred to above).
Erasure of data
We erase the data when they are no longer considered necessary for (continued) publication.

Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR data subjects have the right of access (Article 15) to personal data concerning them and to the rectification of incorrect data or to erasure of the data (Articles 16 and 17). They also have the right to restriction of processing (Article 18) and in cases covered by Article 20 GDPR the right to data portability.
Right to object
If data are collected on the basis of Article 6 (1) point (f) (data processing to safeguard legitimate interests) the data subject has the right on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to object at any time to the processing.
We shall then no longer process the personal data unless there are demonstrable compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, if you consider that the processing of the data in question breaches the provision of data protection law. You can assert this right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State where you are domiciled, at your place of work or at the place of the alleged breach.

4. Право на передачу данных (ст. 20 GDPR)
В определенных случаях, перечисленных в статье 20 GDPR, у вас есть право потребовать передачи ваших личных данных в структурированном виде, в одном из популярных форматов, поддерживаемых персональными компьютерами, вам или третьему лицу.
5. Право на выражение протеста (ст. 21 GDPR)
Если сбор данных осуществляется на основании ст. 6, абзаца 1, п. f (обработка данных для защиты законных интересов), в особых ситуациях личного характера у вас есть право в любое время выразить протест против обработки данных. В таком случае мы прекратим обработку ваших личных данных. Исключения возможны при наличии серьезных оснований, перевешивающих интересы, права и свободы заинтересованного лица, либо если обработка данных необходима для предъявления, осуществления или защиты правовых притязаний.
6. Право на подачу жалобы в орган надзора
Согласно статье 77 GDPR у вас есть право на подачу жалобы в орган надзора, если вы считаете, что обработка данных, имеющих отношение к вам, является нарушением нормативных актов о защите данных. Жалобу можно подать в орган надзора в странах ЕС, в частности по месту пребывания, по месту работы или по месту предположительного нарушения.
