Chicks Holding and Delivery | Hatchery Management

By the end of the hatch day, the chicks have already undergone plenty of stress. The holding space allows them to relax and recover before their long journey ahead of them. Some hatcheries have dedicated machines for this, and others use just a room. Both work fine as long as these important components are met: Air flow, temperature, humidity and no lights.
