Transfers are ideally performed at 18.5 days of incubation. When using an automatic machine like the one seen here, it’s best to always calibrate it beforehand, and also monitor the eggs being discarded to make sure healthy embryos are not being picked up by mistake. Remember, no sudden movements, as we don’t want to crack the eggs!
